    10-year manufacturer parts warranty

    3-year labor warranty from Advance Air Care

    We stand behind our work and ensure every system is properly installed, registered, and protected.

  • Where do you get your equipment?

    All equipment we install is 100% brand new and purchased directly from authorized suppliers. We have long-standing partnerships with major manufacturers, allowing us to provide authentic, high-quality systems — never refurbished, used, or open-box units.

  • What brands do you install?

    We work with leading HVAC manufacturers and can install:

    Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Carrier, Rheem, Heil, And more

    If you have a specific model in mind, we can source it for you.

  • Do you offer free estimates?

    Yes, we offer free consultations for all system replacements and major repairs. For diagnostics or troubleshooting, a standard service call fee may apply.

  • How long does installation take?

    Most furnace, AC, or full system replacements can be completed in 1 day, depending on the home and the type of equipment being installed.

  • Do I need to be home during service?

    For installations and repairs, yes.
    For cleanings or inspections, someone 18+ must be present to give access to the home.

  • Are you licensed and insured?

    Yes. Advance Air Care is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Illinois.

  • Do you install smart thermostats?

    Yes, we install Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell, and other smart thermostats. We also ensure they are fully configured before we leave.

  • Do you offer emergency service?

    Yes, depending on availability.
